No. The registration lookup identifies the vehicle and starts the enquiry. We then use the information you provide to assess the car before contacting you. Any price discussed may still be subject to the vehicle's actual condition and the information being accurate.
The DVLA Vehicle Enquiry Service can return vehicle information such as the make, year, colour, fuel type, engine capacity, tax status and MOT status where available. It does not provide us with the registered keeper's identity.
Yes. Tell us that finance is outstanding in the form. If we want to proceed, the finance position can be discussed as part of the next step.
